Los Angeles Dodgers’ Mookie Betts’ chef has opened a restaurant, Table 504, in Santa Clarita, offering dine-in and catering options.
Owner James Dalton, the chef for the Los Angeles Dodgers’ Mookie Betts, first started his cooking career at the young age of 15 years old.

“During the primitive years of his culinary journey, James found himself working for incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and very accomplished Chefs Mark DesLauriers and James Beard-nominated Jeremy Sewall,” officials said.
During his adventures in cooking, Dalton found himself becoming the personal chef for the Dodgers superstar.
Now, Dalton has continued his passion for cooking and opened Table 504.
Everything served at Table 504 is made in-house, according to officials.

Table 504 is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Catering options are also available.
Table 504 is located at 26306 Diamond Place in Santa Clarita.
