A 55-year-old man who was found dead in Valencia on Saturday has been identified.

Paul Anthony Marino, 55 has been identified as the man whose body had been found inside an SUV Saturday for a minimum of two days in the Macy’s parking structure on McBean Parkway without any signs of movement, according to officials with the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.

When first responders arrived on scene, Marino was pronounced dead, according to Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station officials.

Foul play has been ruled out; it is believed Marino died from an overdose and was also experiencing homelessness, added officials.
