Six Flags Magic Mountain is set to host a “once-in-a-lifetime” drive-thru car show in conjunction with West Coast Customs over the course of three weekends, which officials say will feature an estimated 100 of “the world’s best automotive displays.”
The “West Coast Customs Cruis’n the Park Car Show” is scheduled to run every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from Feb. 26 to March 14, and is set to include “100 of the world’s best automotive displays from muscle cars and hot rods to low riders and mini trucks.”
“It’s the first-ever drive-thru car show in a theme park where L.A.’s top vehicles from all different categories, mini trucks to low riders and everything in between, will be displayed,” said West Coast Customs Founder & CEO, Ryan Friedlinghaus in a statement Thursday. “This event will take you on a trip down memory lane and also make new memories for families to share together.”
Friedlinghaus is set to narrate the 30-minute cruise through the park via a specially-designed app available for participants to download ahead of time for free.
“We’re thrilled to host this event with West Coast Customs,” Six Flags Park President Don McCoy said in a statement Thursday. “We know that people are searching for fun and safe activities to do with their families. This is a really innovative concept that is sure to offer a fun experience for car lovers of all ages.”
Officials say that the car show will have “something for every auto enthusiast along the event route, including cars, trucks, motorcycles and watercraft, all to be viewed from the safety of guests’ own cars.”
To control and manage capacity, limited reservations are set to be available each date, and will be required by all guests in advance using the park’s new online reservation system on a first come, first served basis per car.
“The safety of guests and team members is always Six Flags’ top priority,” Thursday’s statement reads. “The new ‘West Coast Customs Cruis’n the Park Car Show’ at Six Flags Magic Mountain will offer a contactless experience that follows CDC, state, and county health and safety guidelines.”
Event requirements include the use of masks if windows are down, as well as bans on smoking, littering, stopping, or exiting vehicles.
Additionally, only cars, SUVs, vans, and pick-up trucks are permitted due to the limited size of certain areas and terrain within the park.
Admission discounts are also set to be made available for active Memberships and Season Passes.

If it was anything like the Christmas drive-thru, expect lack of effort and disappointment.
I took my 4 grandchild to the Christmas Drive Through and we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed it.
Sorry you didn’t line it
We weren’t disappointed by it at all! We really enjoyed the Christmas drive through event. I’m not sure what you were expecting it to be, but it surpassed our expectations and was a fun experience. I hope they do many more drive through events until we can finally be in the park in a normal way again
$80 and $90 dollar tickets? No thanks……
Should be free if you have a yearly pass
For God sake, get out of your stinking car! How long are they going to milk this???
