Taking place on-site in Canyon Country, dozens of Santa Clarita residents and potential homebuyers attended the event to see all that the brand new four-neighborhood Skyline development had to offer.
While walking the premises, those in attendance saw the various amenities and styles that Skyline offers, and had a chance to be some of the first members of the public to hike along the new community paseos interwoven throughout the four residential areas: Sola, Lyra, Celestia and Mystral.
In addition to the hike and chance to see the housing development architecture in person, the grand opening event included a chance to visit “The Lookout,” Skyline’s own recreation center within the housing project.
Those in attendance were also treated to poolside food trucks, craft beer tastings, live music, a talent show featuring local school children, kite flying, a butterfly release, coffee bar and Flipbook photo booth.
Past events held by Skyline developers, TRI Pointe Homes and Pardee Homes that gave residents a chance to tour the new neighborhood have included a “Geo Discovery Class for Kids” and “Come Off-Road With Us” events earlier this fall.
