Attempted Canyon Country Stabbing Suspect Arrested 

Deputies arrested a  man with a weapon for an attempted stabbing Saturday morning in Canyon Country.

On Saturday around 10:30 a.m. deputies received a call about a man with a knife in Canyon Country, according to Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station officials.

“We did arrest one individual,” said Sergeant Dan Wolanski with the station.

The incident was an attempted stabbing suspect who tried to stab another individual on the 27900 block of Tyler Lane, added officials.

The man was arrested and taken into custody and the investigation is still pending, according to officials.

No injuries were reported.
