Four Arrested For Allegedly Stealing $10,000 In Sportswear

Four suspects were arrested after allegedly stealing $10,000 worth of sportswear from Lululemon in Valencia Sunday evening, officials said.

“On Sunday, four women entered a sportswear store at the Westfield Valencia mall and walked out with ten thousand dollars worth of products,” said Shirley Miller, Public Information Officer for the Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station.

Later on, a Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputy patrolling the Gorman area observed a vehicle matching the description of the suspects’ vehicle driving on the 5 Freeway, near the Tejon Pass.

The deputy immediately contacted California Highway Patrol (CHP), and troopers subsequently located the vehicle parked at a rest stop near Frazier Mountain Road, according to an official statement.

“The four suspects were all females between the ages of 19 and 20, and from the Oakland area,” Miller added.

Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies transported the victims back to Frazier Park where they positively identified the suspects. The suspects were transported and booked at Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station jail, according to officials.

LASD Major Crimes Bureau’s Burglary-Robbery Task Force (BRTF) is assisting Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s detectives with the investigation of this incident.

The arrests of these suspects and ensuing investigation may reveal a connection to similar crimes throughout Southern California, and quite possibly throughout the state, according to Miller.

  1. Lock them up for about 10 years. Perhaps they’ll get the message.

    • They were of white complexion and it was on Columbus Day. They were just doing what was taught by the ancestors. If you want something that you don’t already have ownership over; take it anyway. It’s whitefully yours.

  2. From the Oakland area, that’s code for being Black.

  3. How in the world did they “WALK OUT” with $10000 worth of merch?

  4. Silly criminals. Don’t they know that they could have just stolen $999 each and not gotten in any trouble?

    • Thanks Liberals who created & foolishly voted for Prop. 47 & 57 and AB 109! Now career criminals can STEAL up to $950 with no consequences!! Now, school children who disrupt & disrespect authorities in wonderful public schools can continue to do it without punishment! Can we imagine what the future holds!? More S. LA, Chicago chaos that will affect decent, hard working, taxpayers!! Keep voting & agreeing with the Liberals who have degenerated from Seattle to San Diego! May God have mercy!

  5. They walk in grab what they want and walk out. Employees can’t do anything about it. That simple : /

  6. The police are just biased against people from Oakland. Watch that will be their defense.

  7. That’s what they’ll whine, “singled out”, “profiled”, etc. Wonder why—-statistics help these companies from loss from the most likely to commit crimes! Why doesn’t this happen to Japanese all the time?!

  8. Awesometowns racists on full parade; we all should be so proud.

  9. Why when people tell the truth about 2 groups of “people of color”, do the ignorant/tender-minded automatically call them racist?!!? By ignoring reality, the problem behavior cannot be helped!!
