A Canyon Country man was arrested Tuesday after he was allegedly filming up womens’ skirts at the Valencia Mall back in July.

Stephen Martin, 35, from Canyon Country, was identified as the man who was reported to be filming under womens’ skirts in July 2025 at the mall, according to Shirley Miller, a spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

“The suspect was allegedly filming up the skirts of females at a local mall using a camera attached to his foot,” Miller said.

Martin was arrested and charged with video/photographing an individual in their undergarments, a misdemeanor.

Martin was bonded out on Tuesday, and the investigation remains active and ongoing, Miller said.
