A Santa Clarita resident has been arrested on felony manslaughter in connection to a fatal hit-and-run crash earlier this month.
James Fulton, 58, from Santa Clarita was arrested for felony manslaughter after turning himself into the California Highway Patrol (CHP) Wednesday, said Officer Josh Greengard spokesperson for the CHP Newhall Area Office.
“On Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2023, at approximately 6:20 PM, CHP officers responded to a hit and run crash on Soledad Canyon Road east of Indian Canyon Road,” Greengard said.
