  1. Get used to this behavior now that we have a DA that will not prosecute crimes like this. Good job voters.

  2. Just plain sad. So many factors leading to more and more crimes.

  3. Santa Clarita Valley…The new South LA.

  4. Gov. Gavin Newsom on Friday commuted 21 prison sentences citing the coronavirus pandemic as a factor in his decision. You know, To stop the spread.

Fourteen of the commuted cases involved murder charges, two of those cases the victims were children,
And a pregnant woman being the victim in another case.

Newsom also considered the “public health impact of each grant”, what could go wrong.

    Isn’t he wonderful.

    • Trump lied about the election being stolen and got 5 people killed at the capitol building, including one cop. Also worth noting that 2 police officers who were on shift that day have since killed themselves. And yet here you fools are trying to blame a common robbery on Newsom and Gascón. I’m surprised you haven’t tried to pin this on “Antifa” honestly. There were 101,120 strong-arm robberies in the United States in 2019. LOL.

      • Wow Barry how long will you continue tying everything in this country to Trump? Oh right, forever. Look at where the vast majority of strong-arm robberies occur, yep, progressive democratic run cities. Why? Because they believe the criminals are the victims and that the victims are simply necessary casualties of a faulty justice system that prosecutes anyone of color. Crime is literally rewarded in this State now. Look at the data of what happened to crime rates since 3 strikes was repealed. Explain how letting people continue to commit felonies is a good thing for society. And btw, Antifa riots caused more damage and death this summer than the capital building breach. The difference is, I oppose all of those destructive behaviors. Do you???

      • What else but b.s. should we expect from someone named “Dingle”. That’s just another name for a “Dick”, after all.

      • Wow Barry, you live in a different world. You have no idea what you’re talking about. Wow, just wow!

      • Please show me the exact language where Trump told people to storm the Capitol, hurt police. And commit vandalism. I read his speech and it’s not there. The impeachment is a waste of tax dollars and politically targeting him so he cant run again. Please respond.

        • First he was told by congressman of georgia during phone call to stop inviting violence with his false claims of election fraud. The his speech day of he told his protestors ” you won’t take back our country with weakness, you have to show strength”. Coupled with guilianis ” trial by combat”. And then trumps tweet. That pence is a traitor before counts even began.

        • He also told people to go to the capitol and “fight like hell”

      • Absolutely right Barry. How so quickly the cause of an armed robbery becomes the fault of elected officials. Aren’t you the same people who say guns don’t kill people, people do. No wonder the abandonment of personal responsibility for truth by Republicans. They still think the election was stolen. TRUMP LOST LOL

      • Didn’t 3 of those 5 die from natural causes? Oh, and 1 of 5 was an unarmed woman? Oh wait, and the officer that was killed, wasn’t he an outspoken Trump supporter?

Never mind, it takes less energy to blame it all on Trump so let’s stick with that! God forbid we start to foster independent thought and employ critical thinking skills.

      • Barry(what a name) Dingleberry: More deceitful Liberal diverting/excusing/spinning!

    • The prisoners being released were already scheduled for release in the coming months. I want Newsome recalled, but this wasn’t some evil plot to release murderers into the public or whatever you’re alleging.

    • Wild, how he only mentioned the election with trump and you turn around and say how he tries to pin everything on trump while In your soapbox your pinning all armed robberies on progressive democratic cities???

  5. Please provide your evidence regarding “Antifa riots”. Even if true, vandalism doesn’t equal treason.

  6. Newsom and Gas-con will consider their leadership a success when So Cal ends up looking like the Mission district in San Francisco. What rose colored lenses were people looking through when they voted for these two snake oil carnival grifters.

  7. Will you all stop with the political blame? Does it bother anyone that the suspect is a Female?? I mean, it’s bad that we have men that have to call their parents or friends for bail money but a Woman robs a place at gunpoint. I can’t wrap my head around it, I don’t know why. Someone’s daughter had a gun and stole about a thousand dollars from a business. Sad.

    • Trish: Political blame happens because they’re responsible for Laws or lack of. The Liberals are soft/excusing/allowing on crimes. Doesn’t matter whether it’s a female or male when they behave like scumbags! All children Get free taxpayer paid schooling from K-12 and free busing to & from free school as well as free taxpayer meals. If their parent(s) haven’t taught them decency, the free schools do!

  8. @ricky. The world isn’t black and white bro. Your tough on crime perspective has been proven to not be effective and only hurts society as a whole with Soo many innocent people being incarcerated. The fundamentals of our country where built on innocent until proven guilty and unfortunately people have been convicted and assumed guilty and had to prove from being incareated. Crime prevention is not incarceration or tough on crime. Tough on crime is after the event happens. Most people commit crimes despite the consequences. Take any criminal justice class to learn a bit about it.

  9. Trader Joes has no security cameras either I had something stolen from my motorcycle outside I went back to see if they could see what went on and they said they have no cameras. I have since stopped shopping there for that and other reasons.
