Two Canyon Country armed robbery suspects were taken into custody Tuesday after they allegedly stole items from a victim last week, officials said.
Last week, two suspects were allegedly involved with a armed robbery where a knife was displayed, according to officials.
“A crime impact team unit observed one of the suspects from the robbery over on Camp Plenty,” said Lt. Jim Royal with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
Around 5:45 p.m. after the suspect was spotted, a brief containment was set up, after the first suspect was arrested, deputies located the second suspect within the containment, Royal said.
The suspects did not evade deputies in any way and were taken into custody with no incident, according to officials.
As of Tuesday evening, the exact location of the original robbery was not released.

That area and newhall is the Hispanic ghetto area, Jake’s way area is turning into the black ghetto area, castaic is the white ghetto area. Just an observation.
Castaic is not white ghetto. There are some wealthy communities in the area as well as a public sports complex and clean fields. Perhaps you should refer to surrounding areas like Val Verde which is not Castaic.
