Every iLEAD educational facilitator (teacher) works directly with each student and family and collaborates on creating lesson plans and goals for every learner and meeting their specific needs.

iLEAD educational facilitators have every child’s full support in their academics. Each month, facilitators will work alongside families to develop assignments that incorporate the learner’s interests and passions and meet every 2 weeks or so to share their learning activities from their individual educational plans.

The iLEAD exploration program is tuition-free, a WASC accredited independent study program, personalized learning from TK-12th grade, supportive and highly accredited educational facilitators to guide and support learners, and flexible options for every unique learner!

Everyday with the kindergartners, a live synchronous instruction is offered to kindergartners and their families to join in on from 11-11:30 weekday mornings.

This is completely optional, but it is a lot of fun.

They share jokes and stories, read and learn some math.
