Santa Clarita Valley residents showed their support for a wonderful cause, by enjoying a nice fall day at Town Center Drive with food, drinks and live music.

The event is held to “raise awareness of Soroptimist International locally, and our mission,” according to Regional Public Awareness Chair Sue Reynolds. It’s the Soroptomists largest fundraiser of the year with the goal of raising funds to “support (Soroptimists) work locally and globally.”

The Soroptimists are “working to improve the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment,” according to the Soroptimist International of Greater Santa Clarita Valley website.

“This was food, music, and wine/beer, and things for folks who aren’t interested in drinking,” said Reynolds, “stroll town center and support a fantastic cause.”

The annual Wine Affair event and consists of several stops along Town Center Drive.

With over 15 participating venues, the stroll led attendees along Town Center Drive from the new Henry Mayo Fitness and Health Center to the Pottery Barn.
