Cary Quashen, founder and CEO of Action Family Counseling is here to help you or a loved one struggling with addiction to drugs or alcohol in Santa Clarita, Bakersfield or Ventura County.

You or someone you know can overcome struggles with drug or alcohol addiction thanks to the help of Action Family Counseling and its founder Cary Quashen.

“Founded by Cary Quashen in 1997, Action specializes in treating those suffering from addiction to all drugs, including alcohol,” the Action Family Counseling website reads. “We offer three levels of care: Residential, Outpatient, and Partial, which is a hybrid of inpatient and outpatient care.”

Founder Cary Quashen was featured in an episode of The Doctors, during which he intervened to help a man’s son struggling with heroin addiction.

“I’ve been using every day, as much as I can get,” the young addict said during the episode. “I got kicked out of my house.” The young addict ended up in the hospital, at which point Cary Quashen helped intervene.

“We’ve got to stop it somewhere,” Quashen said to the boy’s father. The young man was then given the chance to go to drug rehab with Action Family Counseling to get clean.
