Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital and the city of Santa Clarita are holding a free health fair at the Canyon Country Community Center on Saturday.

Santa Clarita Valley residents who want to learn more about the local health services available to them and receive free health tests can come to the Health Fair on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Canyon Country Community Center.

Hosted by the City of Santa Clarita and Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital, the Health Fair will offer a variety of tests to attendees, including for glucose, blood pressure and body fat analysis.

Nutrition education information, healthy snacks, children’s games and raffle prizes will be provided by local vendors.

The following organizations will be at the fair, offering information about affordable health care programs and services.

• The Foundation for Children’s Dental Health
• Northeast Valley Health Corporation
• Samuel Dixon Family Health Centers
• Los Angeles County Senior and Community Services
• SCV Domestic Violence Center
• Family Focus Resource Center

• The Fair Housing Council
