Many Santa Clarita residents are seeing the benefits from the newest, most natural way to rejuvenate, heal and detox their bodies through a local Infrared Sauna at Mend Cryotherapy.

The private sauna can be used alone or for up to three people at once if you prefer a small group, and heats from the core to flush out toxins.

The Infrared Sauna gets up to 151 degrees, but since it is a dry heat, it feels much less intense than a traditional sauna. It is actually the same technology that medical professionals use in baby incubators.

Sessions are generally about 30 minutes and the air in the room is infused with aromatherapy. Mend offers different smells that affect the body in different ways.

Using the Infrared Sauna is a good idea for people who are interested in the benefits of Cryotherapy but can’t tolerate the cold. Many Santa Clarita residents rely on the healing benefits from the Infrared Sauna during cold and flu season to avoid sickness and to heal quickly from illnesses.

The Infrared Sauna can help with pain management, mental clarity, and detoxing the body from certain metals. When used on a regular basis, like a few sessions a week, people notice weight loss, lowered blood pressure, improved circulation and smoother, younger looking skin.

Each infrared session is only $30 each visit but if you prefer to buy in bulk, there are discounts available in packages. The health professionals at Mend Cryotherapy in Santa Clarita seek to offer top-rated health and wellness solutions to even the most complex or debilitating issues people may be facing.
