John Racz Guilty

Jury convicts Racz of first degree murder

[view:node_ad=5]John Racz, a former Sheriff’s Sergeant has been found guilty of first degree murder. Racz’s wife Ann disappeared in 1991 shortly after moving away from John and filing for divorce.

 

Racz was arrested at LAX in October, and has been on trial since late June.

 

The body of Ann Racz was never found. 

 

John Racz's  defense centered around the argument that Ann vanished on her own will.

Evidence has been found in the case of John Racz, and two and maybe three pieces of evidence was found by investigator Cynthia Sears, Austin Investigations that this critical evidence was purposely suppressed from the court trial by the Los Angeles District Attorneys. The evidence may have had a different impact on the Jury members.

    Does anyone have the names of the Jury on this case?
