A 156-foot nitrogen tank traveled through the Santa Clarita Valley on its way to Edwards Air Force Base Wednesday night. The move had to be done when traffic was minimal on surface streets.
Overall, the tank and trailer is just short of 298 feet long. The final destination of the tank will be Vandenberg Air Force Base.
The tanker started out in Port Hueneme and was first caught on film at Newhall Ranch Road and Avenue Tibbetts.

It took a long time to take the corner!

Turning the corner at McBean Parkway and Magic Mountain Parkway. Quite the sight.
