  1. So Honetown Station, how about LIVE from Knight’s election watch party for equal time?!?!

  2. Congratulations KATIE HILL, now let’s get to work on Congress. If your tenacity during the election cycle is any indication of how hard you will work for us in Washington, we are in good hands. Bye bye Knight, don’t let the door hit you on the way out. Go Dems.

  3. It’s too bad that someone who can’t be completely honest and ran a dirty campaign against a good decent man of integrity gets elected. Oh well, Santa Clarita, you deserve who you wanted. Now let’s see what happens to our community.

  4. In the end, this election was about social values and a refutation of the Trump agenda.
That is why Steve Knight was defeated. Katie is win for us all, but only a start.

  5. Good luck with Katie Hill everyone. You did well voting for someone who has NO clue what the real issues are here in SCV. I’m sure you won’t mind paying another dollar per gallon for gas. Oh hell, let’s just double everything out here. No, let’s make that triple! No, quadruple! The sky’s the limit!!!!! Wait, let’s just destroy California!! Can’t wait to move from this asylum I used to call my ‘native state’.

    • You obviously believe too much of your own publicity. Ms. Hill is just as qualified and aware as Mr. Knight was when he was first elected. Your incredible disrespect for the intelligence and ability of someone just because they don’t agree with you is typical of the Trump narcissism that is running rampant in the Republican Party as it is presently constituted….a party that Ronald Regan or even Barry Goldwater would absolutely NEVER recognize or appreciate!! If you’re serious about moving….well, Good Bye!! We’ll do just fine without people like you because we have a serious possibility and desire to be a welcoming, highly diverse population of the Greatest State in the USA! JSR

  6. So now illegals will get to vote and free healthcare. Our taxes will soar again and more people leaving the state, the wage earners. Way to Go!

  7. Rose, ceebee:
Nice try spreading fear, lies, and racism. Please find a rock and crawl under it. Change is here, get on board or get out of the way.

  8. Katie Hill … a 31-year-old who self-identifies as a bisexual and lives with her husband on a farm of rescue animals in Agua Dulce. She brands herself as, “the most millennial candidate ever”. I’m not making this up, look it up.

Really quite ridiculous, exactly what we didn’t need, and she sure as hell does not represent me.

Hill won by just over 4,000 votes. Good job voters (or non-voters rather), next time do your homework and freaking vote.

  9. I must say goodbye to California, taxes are to high and to many people living in one house. Homeless seem to have more rights than I do. It was nice but my house is for sale and i am moving on. Good luck Californian.

    • You are lucky. I feel trapped. I have to wait a couple more years till my kids can retire and we are all leaving this once great, wonderful state. I can’t afford the gas and so many stupid people voted to keep the high tax. Last time they raised the gas prices the corrupt politicians got a raise. Poor California!
