Santa Clarita voters can now cast their vote for the March 3 Presidential Primary Election, officials said.
On Saturday, the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder and County Clerk office opened 232 vote centers throughout L.A. County. Vote centers are scheduled to remain open every day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m, according to an official statement from the office.
Voters in L.A. County are no longer restricted to a single voting location, and can go to any vote center in L.A. County and cast their paper ballot.
On Feb. 29, an additional 744 vote centers are expected to open across L.A. County to extend the total number of vote centers to 976. On Election Day, March 3, all vote centers are scheduled to be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
If an eligible voter missed the registration deadline, they can still vote by going to any vote center in the county, according to officials.
