NFL

Former Hart quarterback Matt Moore led the Kansas City Chiefs (6-3) to a 26-23 victory over the Minnesota Vikings (6-3) on Sunday as he reprised his role as starting quarterback of the Chiefs in place of the injured Patrick Mahomes for a second week. Moore was again efficient, as he went 25-35 with 275 yards and one passing touchdown. He showed a particularly strong rapport with Chiefs wideout Tyreke Hill, who finished the day with six receptions for 140 yards, including a 40-yard touchdown reception. Moore is now 1-1 as the Chiefs starter. Some outlets have reported Mahomes may return this week against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, but Chiefs Head Coach Andy Reid was evasive in the post-game press conference, saying, “We’ll see how it goes.”
