A 2-month-old child was airlifted after experiencing a medical emergency Thursday morning in Santa Clarita.
Around 9:20 a.m. Thursday, first responders received reports of a child experiencing a medical emergency on Providence Court in Santa Clarita, said Ryan Rau, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
“One minor patient had experienced an accidental fall,” Rau said.
Initial reports indicated the child is 2-months-old.
Firefighters requested a helicopter to transport the infant to a specialty hospital.
