ENOUGH ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry Robbie there aren’t any vagrants in the area to blame for this fire.
Most likely cause was either someone flicked their lit cig out the window – that happens more often than you think – or an over-heated vehicle started some brush on fire at the edge of the freeway or even a truck hauling a trailer with the trailer chains dragging on the pavement sending sparks into the nearby brush. I’m not saying that is what happened; I don’t have the definitive answer for that. At least it was knocked down in a couple of hours and doesn’t appear to have threatened any homes.
People need to be careful even when they are whizzing along at 70+ mph on the 14 or even the 5, there are a lot of ways commuters can cause a fire to “break out”.
