The question about lenders loosening their standards for home buyers to qualify is a pretty hot topics.

Santa Clarita real estate experts Don Goettling and Gino Fronti discussed a recent article about whether or not market would start to lower their standards to create more volume.

They also think that the ability to use Air bnb income will change and be easier to use as a way to qualify for a house. This will help people qualify for a home but Don and Gino both hope that lenders will not overly loosen their standards and get us into another bad situation.
