Deputies surround Canyon Country house, arrest second shooting suspect.

Deputies surrounded a house on Delight Street in Canyon Country Friday morning and arrested a second suspect in a Jan. 8 drive-by shooting that happened at Whites Canyon Road and Lone Rock Street.

Pablo Blanco, who was identified after a multi-agency sweep Thursday, was spotted by a passerby near his home. The arrest was completed without incident.
