Parolee being held without bail in attack.

Lancaster resident Jeff Doleshal was arrested Saturday on attempted murder charges. Doleshal is suspected of stabbing Canyon Country resident Trask Vericker last Thursday at a condominium on Sarabande Lane.

Sheriff’s gang enforcement team and COBRA officers tracked him down to a Wal-Mart store in Palmdale, where he scuffled with officers before being taken into custody. Deputies recovered a knife, which they believe was used in the attack on Vericker.

Doleshal was on parole at the time of his arrest and is being held without bail at Men’s Central Jail.
