A pedestrian who was killed in a crash in Frazier Park, several miles north of the Santa Clarita Valley, earlier this month has been identified.
Gerardo Lofra Luevano, 59, from Lebec was killed in the crash, said Sheriff-Coroner Donny Youngblood of the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.
Around 5:50 a.m. on Friday Nov. 5, Luevano was struck by a vehicle on Frazier Mountain Park Road, West of Grand Terrace Estates, in Frazier Park, according to Youngblood.
Luevano was declared dead on arrival, Youngblood said.
A postmortem examination was conducted and the cause of death was multiple blunt force traumatic injuries and the manner of death was an accident, according to officials.
