One patient was hospitalized after a traffic collision involving a tree near Central Park in Saugus Wednesday.

At 6:15 p.m., reports were received of a collision of a vehicle into a tree on the 17000 block of Bouquet Canyon Road near Central Park, according to Supervisor Bernard Peters with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

“It was reported as a vehicle into a tree,” said Peters. “One was taken to a hospital.”

No other injuries were reported in relation to the incident.

Traffic is expected to be impacted by the crash until the vehicle is towed from the area.
