One person was trapped after a rollover Santa Clarita crash on San Francisquito Canyon Road, officials said.
Around 12:45 p.m. Tuesday, first responders received reports of a traffic collision on San Francisquito Canyon Road, two miles north of Copper Hill Drive in Saugus, said Chris Thomas, a spokesperson with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
By 1:10 p.m., firefighters were attempting to free the driver from the vehicle, according to officials on scene.
San Francisquito Canyon Road was shut down in both directions as of 1:15 p.m. for an unknown duration due to the incident, according to the California Highway Patrol.
After being extricated from the vehicle, the driver was transported to a local hospital, Thomas said.
The condition of the victim is unknown as of Tuesday afternoon.
