Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency To Hold Meeting On Sustainability

The Santa Clarita Valley Groundwater Sustainability Agency (SCV-GSA) is expected to hold a stakeholder advisory committee meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 12.

The meeting is set to discuss the SCV-GSA’s sustainability goals and sustainable management criteria.

No physical location is set for the conference due to the pandemic, but the meeting is scheduled to take place over Zoom. In compliance with Governor Gavin Newsom’s Executive Order made in March, committee members are welcome to call into the committee meeting.

The agency requests that comments be submitted in writing if possible, and emailed to ekang@scvwa.org.

SCV Water also states that all written comments received before 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 12 will be distributed to the Committee members and posted on the agency’s website before the start of the meeting. Anything received after 2:30 p.m. the day of the meeting will be posted on the SCV-GSA website the following day.
