The Santa Clarita Valley is expected to see conditions near 80 degrees throughout the first half of the week.

Temperatures are expected to be in the upper 70s flirting with 80s through the first few days of the week, according to officials.

By the end of the week, things will be cooling off back to the mid-70s, continuing a cooling trend through next week.

As of Monday, there is a 35 percent chance of rain towards the end of next week.
