Thanks to approval by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, the Sulphur Springs School District is able to start selling bonds, up to $3 million under Measure CK. The money raised will be used to update technology in district schools.

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors will vote Tuesday on whether to authorize taxes that will pay for a bond passed by the Sulphur Springs School District in 2012. They are also scheduled to hear a report on the Affordable Care Act.
