But the bail agents at All American Bail Bonds in Santa Clarita want the community to know what happens after that.

A few reasons bail might be denied to an arrestee is if they are believed to be a flight risk or a danger to the public.
Individuals who can afford to pay their full bail amount in cash or certified funds can do so, or they can purchase a surety bond through a bail bonding company like All American Bail Bonds.
“In California, the indemnitor only pays 10 percent of the total cost of the bail amount to the bail agent, who posts the bond for them,” Chavez explained. “A bail bond represents your promise that you will attend all of your court appearances, including your judgment day.”
