Longtime Santa Clarita mortgage lender American Family Funding encourages homebuyers to consider the impact of their home office’s company culture when purchasing or refinancing a home loan.

“When you’re dealing with loans, one of the most important things you should take into account is the company culture of your lender,” said Santa Clarita mortgage professional David Cantrell, who serves as the Director of Operations for American Family Funding in Santa Clarita. “It will influence how you feel about the process and your experience every step of the way.”

“We take American Family Funding very seriously, in the sense that we want you to be part of our family,” Cantrell explained, “and we’re going to treat you like you’re part of our family as we go through the loan process — together.”

The team at American Family Funding very much feels and acts like a family on a day-to-day basis, often sharing meals together and meeting each other’s families.

“It’s our culture. It’s something very important to us,” Cantrell said. “And we want you to feel that way as well.”
