On this episode of The “REAL ESTATE: It’s That Simple” show, our hosts Phil Nordella and Taylor Williams-Moniz talk about a round of faces of Santa Clarita. Phil and Taylor start off the show by going over the weekly housing numbers by starting their “By The Numbers” segment. Phil and Taylor then continue part three of their spotlight on The Faces Of Santa Clarita with three more faces. The first face they discuss is Marla Ferris who happens to not only appear on the show from time to time, but also is a financial lender. Marla works for Augusta Financial where she is a home loan expert.

The second face that Phil and Taylor discuss is retired teacher and toffee maker, Marty Barclay. Marty is a retired phonics reading teacher where she taught elementary school kids. After retirement, Marty began a side business making toffee which is called Marty’s Homemade Toffee. The third face that Phil and Taylor talk about happens to be teacher and coach, Greg Hayes. Greg is a teacher at Academy of the Canyons and also coaches for Valencia High’s Track and Field, and the L.A. Clippers Youth Basketball program. Greg is also a man of many talents as he also is an author, an actor for theatre, and has done color commentating for basketball games and for Fox Sports Prep Zone.
