On this episode of Inside Real Estate with David Bartels, David discusses the new and updated news about the eviction moratorium and how it was scheduled to end on July 31st but now there are talks about another extension. Dave also discusses the current housing data and answers the question if the housing market has in fact peaked.

“After 3 extension, millions of Americans have been faced with the realty of losing their house as the CARES Act officially ended on July 31st, however it looks like it will be extended until October 3rd,” Dave said. “It looks pretty certain that, that will happen.”

Dave welcomes returning guest Steve Hawks, Real Estate Agent, to discuss how the eviction moratorium has affected the real estate landscape across the board and the overall impact it will have in the future.
