“The rising costs are putting more pressure on lower income families who are a lot more likely to rent and a lot less likely to be earning money right now, especially in an economy that has seen better pay jobs bounce back faster,” Bartels said.

David also discusses the misinterpretations of the “steady” rent across the nation that is simply not true.
