Queen Elizabeth And Mobility For Seniors — September 14, 2022

On this episode of The Senior Hour, Dr. Gene Dorio and Barbara Cochran are joined by special guests Pastor Jerry Cook of SCV Guardians and Adam Lawry from Focus Physical Therapy. Barbara and Dr. Gene discuss the passing of the Queen and Barbara’s experience meeting the queen living as a young girl in England.

Later, the hosts welcome Adam Laraway in studio to discuss the importance of exercise and mobility for seniors. Laraway highlights how prevalent posture and neck pain have become due to the usage of technology such as computers and cell phones and how to mitigate these issues.
