When it comes to realizations about yourself, Alex says that the knowledge might not change anything, you need to implement it.

“You knowing it doesn’t cause you to be any different,” says Alex. “You have to work on it and have someone hold you accountable.”

Next, Alex and Abbigaile talked about acknowledging what you can and can’t control and learning to let go of what you can’t control.

“To be coached, you have to be a warrior, you have to have some thick skin to handle the realizations about yourself,” said Alex. “The coaching doesn’t end when the session is over. You take those concepts into your real life and put them into practice.”

Alex has worked with hundreds of different school districts, community centers, personal growth centers, universities and non- profits both with the states and abroad. He takes on a limited number of one-on-one clients per year including couples, coaches, educators and other trainers.
