Essentially, Rich’s Resale Renovation program gives sellers free money to renovate a property, ensuring that the house is in the best condition possible when sold and giving sellers the optimal return on their property. John gives his testimony to the success of this program, highlighting how he was able to sell his house for 815K while a similar house with the same square footage across the street only sold for 723K, an over $90,000 difference in value all thanks to the extensive renovation work performed before it was sold.
