The Senior Hour – Chiropractics and Physical Therapy with Neubie – March 1, 2023

On this week’s episode of the Senior Hour, Barbara Cochran is back today with Dr. Thomas Polucki. It’s a special episode since Barbara says how much she has improved by being a patient of Dr. Thomas Polucki. He describes how his practices with chiropractic can benefit patients more than the typical over-the-counter medicines such as Advil to relieve the pain temporarily. He also describes how his practices are different that the ones you see on social media and how it actually has an improvement on the issue at hand. Dr. Polucki has done extenuating research on how to effectively help each patient with their own specific needs.

Dr. Polucki and Barbara show a demonstration of an example of what he does to help with her specific needs which in this case was sitting too much. Sitting too much can cause tension in certain areas, so he just uses a certain type of massager to help relieve that built-up stress.

Later on, Adam Laraway of Focus Physical Therapy, talks about how the new equipment, Neubie, has proven to be helpful for his patients since it technically, “cheats the system for strength,” The neubie has the ability to help people with their current problems and especially if they need help with gaining strength.

Listen to Adam and Dr. Polucki share their expertise and what they offer in their practices along with Barbara sharing her experiences on this week’s episode of the Senior Hour.
