County Fifth Supervisorial District. The SCVCOA service area includes the communities of Santa Clarita, Agua Dulce, Acton, Castaic, Val Verde, Paradise Ranch, Valencia, Saugus, Canyon Country, Newhall, Stevenson Ranch, Oat Mountain, and all of the unincorporated areas in and around the Santa Clarita Valley.
