Real Estate Advice for Seniors — November 27, 2019

On this episode of The Senior Hour with Dr. Gene Dorio and Barbara Cochran, Dr. Dorio is out, and Phil Nordella, Real Estate Agent of eXp Realty, joins the show to share real estate advice for seniors that are interested in moving to a home in Santa Clarita that isn’t assisted living or part of a community. Phil talks about how there are some great houses for sale in Santa Clarita, and how seniors have many options available to them. Seniors can feel like they don’t have as many options as they get older, but Phil tells people about the variety of great real estate options for seniors around the Santa Clarita Valley. Barbara asks him about how he got into real estate, and Phil shares a lot of advice that can help people of all ages. Phil announces that he will be joining Rick Garcia of My Radio Show with Rick Garcia to start his own radio show that focuses on real estate advice. His tag line, “It’s that easy,” is the motto of the show, and Phil is excited to bring Santa Clarita and the world a radio show about real estate they can learn from and have fun with.

Later in the show, Nola Aronson of Advanced Audiology joins the show to talk about developments in hearing technology. Nola also talks about how she is going to do a “Hearing for the Holidays” Sale which includes $1,000 off the everyday sale price of all their hearing aids. Nola talks about how in addition to the lower prices, her hearing aids come with the necessary service and maintenance required to keep them functioning properly. Nola cares a lot about her customers, and makes sure her customers know how they are being charged, taken care of, and how each person’s insurance applies to their specific situation. Nola sits down with her customers and explains all of their benefits, and helps people find the right device at a price that they can afford.

Listen in as Barbara Cochran talks to Phil Nordella and Nola Aronson about real estate advice and hearing technologies that make a difference in senior’s lives.
