Saturday evening at 6 p.m., a pick-up truch crashed into the number 3 pump of the Mobil gas station on San Fernando road, just north of Sierra Highway….

The crash ignited a spectacular fire, as the driver and female passenger fled the scene.  It is unsure whether the crash was indeed an accident, or alcohol related.

Anyone who witnessed the event or has any more information is asked to contact the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Substation at 255-1121.
