UPDATE: Sand Canyon is completely open from the 14 Fwy.  Placertia Canyon Road is also open and there are no further closures in the Foothil fire area.

American Red Cross Emergency Evacuation Center will remain operational at College of the Canyons, in the lower P.E. building, adjacent to the baseball field, as long as people are evacuated.
