  Operation Interdependence (OI) is now in Santa Clarita. Anyone who wishes to write a personal note and donate treats may do so by dropping them at KHTS 1220 AM or Valencia Acura on Creekside Drive. Please log onto www.oidelivers.org to view the recommended treats to donate.
   Another option is to sign up to the “Adopt-A-Box” program. This is where a person or group can donate $30 a month (the cost to mail 1 box, which delivers enough treats for 50 service men and women). Please log onto www.oidelivers.org for more information about the “Adopt-A-Box” program.
   OI Santa Clarita is always looking for supporters & volunteers for ongoing events. If you and your friends and neighbors (or service group) would like to organize a “packing party”, this is another fun way to support the troop. All it takes is a group effort to meet once a  month, bring ziploc bags, boxes and treats, write personal notes and pack them up!
