Intending to celebrate the community amid the coronavirus pandemic, Santa Clarita Valley Day 2021 (SCV Day) took place on Saturday in the Barnes & Noble Parking Lot to encourage citizens to “find hope, meet your neighbors, support your local businesses and create amazing memories together.”
On the 23000 block of Valencia Boulevard, Santa Clarita residents gathered in the Barnes & Noble parking lot to network with small businesses and celebrate the community.
Brought together by the SCV Rotary Club, this free event offered opportunities to network with local businesses, shop, enjoy music, food and activities for kids, according to a statement on the SCV Day website.
