The AYSO All-Stars team from Canyon Country took home the Section 10 All-Stars Championships for Southern California, reaping Santa Clarita’s talent. 

The team is composed of boys under the age of 14 under the direction of head coach Bill Daggs and assistant coach Armando Jamjian. The AYSO team won the championship last weekend with no goals scored against them. 

The win comes after the Canyon Country team beat the other AYSO Santa Clarita teams from Valencia, Saugus and Castaic in order to represent SoCal at the Section Championship.

On the weekend of March 11, the team is set to play against the three other All-Star teams that won their championships in Northern California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Alaska.  

The games are scheduled to be played in Moorpark this Sunday. 

The players on the team are the following: Christian Jamjian (captain), Marley Del Cid (captain), Steven Lemus (captain), Santiago Falah, Keegan Spencer, Joshua Alvarez, Jake Candy, Christian (CJ) Lopez, Youssef Rezkalla, Isaac Bertran, Adrian Briones, Benjamin Ortiz, Jase Wimett, Matteo Jaramillo, Ruah Toledo.
