Big Heart, Bigger Paws: Teddy The Mastiff Needs A Loving Home

If you’ve been thinking about adding a BIG furry friend to your family, this might be your sign.

Meet Teddy (A5760405), a 2-year-old mastiff with a big heart to match his big size – he is waiting for his forever home at the Castaic Animal Care Center.

“Teddy is more than ready for his perfect person,” shelter officials shared.

And it’s easy to see why.

This lovable guy has one simple mission: protect your heart… and steal it too. With his gentle nature, loyal personality and plenty of tail wags, Teddy is the kind of companion who will quickly become part of the family.

Despite his size, Teddy is described as sweet, affectionate and eager to bond with someone he can call his own. Whether it’s going for walks, lounging at home or just being by your side, he’s ready to bring joy and companionship into someone’s life.

Teddy is just one of many animals at the shelter hoping for a second chance.

Staff at the Castaic Animal Care Center encourage anyone considering adoption to stop by and meet the pets in person.

The shelter is located at 31044 Charlie Canyon Road in Castaic.
