Nina is a cream-colored 1.5-year-old, 47-pound Labrador/Pittie mix who is available for adoption at the Castaic Animal Care Center and ready to find her forever home with a family. 

“Nina is full of puppy energy shenanigans,” said officials with the Castaic Animal Care Center. 

Nina would thrive in a home with an active family who takes her on walks, hikes and many adventures and continues her training.  

The ideal adopters for Nina would be a home with middle-school-age kids and older and calm dogs, added officials. 

“Nina is a bouncy energetic pup,” added officials with Castaic Animal Care Center. 

Those interested in meeting Nina (#A5545273) can come in during their walk-in hours of 2-5 p.m. daily and 2-7 p.m. on Wednesday or schedule an appointment on the website.
