City Hosts Breakfast With Santa

The City of Santa Clarita hosted a two day holiday event where kids could take photos and meet Santa in Canyon Country. 

On Saturday, the City of Santa Clarita hosted ‘Breakfast with Santa,’ a festive morning with breakfast, holiday crafts and activities, as well as photos and a visit with Santa Clause at the Canyon Country Community Center.

“Its an annual tradition for families to celebrate the holidays with us, have breakfast, visit with Santa and then participate in a variety of fun games and activities,” said Jennifer Lyndstrom, recreation supervisor.   

Guests had the opportunity to enjoy breakfast in The Grand Room and enjoy a variety of holiday arts and crafts and other activities.

After breakfast, families were invited to visit with Santa and take photos and even drop off a letter to him. 

Breakfast with Santa first began in 2010 and since then have expanded due to more community interest with now over 180 people who attend the event.
